1. Refund Policy

All payments made to Side Kick (Foodhero Tech Private Limited, CIN Number U52100MH2015PTC270052) are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes the Monthly Fee and any additional charges incurred for services and tools.

2. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions cannot be terminated during the agreed-upon contract period. After the contract period, subscriptions can be canceled with an advance notice of 15 days.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription after the contract period, please contact customer support via email at account.manager@get-sidekick.com.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Charges for additional services and tools are non-refundable. These include any research tools, data tools, technographic tools, intent tools, integration tools, and any other tools needed to run Workflows, billed as per actuals plus a 20% service fee under Additional Charges.
