All payments made to Side Kick (Foodhero Tech Private Limited, CIN Number U52100MH2015PTC270052) are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes the Monthly Fee and any additional charges incurred for services and tools.
2. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions cannot be terminated during the agreed-upon contract period. After the contract period, subscriptions can be canceled with an advance notice of 15 days.
