Side Kick provides outbound AI Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for our clients, using intent data, automation, and AI to build pipelines. Our services include identifying the right companies and people to target on behalf of our clients.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

• You acknowledge that you own the data used in conjunction with our services and are responsible for ensuring that actions approved for your AI SDR comply with applicable privacy laws.

4. Payment Terms and Subscription Details

• Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), Bank Transfers

• Billing cycles: Monthly, Quarterly, Annually

• Automatic renewals: Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• Payment terms: All invoices are payable within 7 days of receipt of the invoice date.

• Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on our platform are the property of Side Kick or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any materials is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side Kick's liability is limited to $5,000. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Side Kick identifies the right companies and people to target on behalf of the client. The client owns the data, and Side Kick does not claim ownership. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India.

10. Changes to Terms
